We are seeking a leader to grow and manage our global teams in client accounting services (CAS). This role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business growth, ensuring profitability, and overseeing all aspects of a company’s client accounting services (CAS) operations globally. The incumbent will lead and develop diverse teams, implement and manage quality assurance measures, and ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The role holder is expected to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across all regions this function has a presence in. This role will report to the Chief Functional Leader and will engage and collaborate with globally diverse stakeholders.


  • Lead, develop, and grow a service and delivery team in US CAS
  • Lead and participate in the development and execution of process improvements
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintaining client satisfaction by performing gap analyses and root cause analyses
  • Provide and foster thought leadership
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to influence and execute on business objectives
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for metrics
  • Accountable for all CAS employees and their delivery and productivity
  • Promote a learning environment to foster GR8 culture
  • Provide training and support to all CAS employees.
  • Champion change management to ensure compliance with GR8 policies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in US CAS and the BPO industry.


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in US Client Accounting Advisory
  • Excellent leadership skills in people management, development, and project delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proven experience in building teams from small to large (0 to 250)
  • Proven experience in building second line of leadership in teams
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Expert knowledge on end-to-end accounting
  • Technologically inclined with proven experience to embrace technology and innovation
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong business acumen, specifically in operational excellence, communication skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability
